      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Staff really care about the FYs. Flexible hours. Self-care is encouraged. You get to help out foster youth and provide support to foster parents. There’s also outpatient clients that can be seen for therapy services.

      Not having enough foster parents to place foster youth

      High case loads of over 17 clients. Upper management offers no support. Foster parents are not punished for not upholding their end of contracts
