Pros
Very flexible, stress work/life balance and taking time for ourselves. Treatment director and program director are two of the best bosses I've ever had! Pay is good and company offers tuition reimbursement for employees.
Cons
The field in general is stressful but this company makes it a priority to take care of ourselves first and foremost.
