Company preaches compliance and ethics, but expect to be ghosted by HR and the reporting hotline if you follow our annual training and report it. In my opinion, I was instructed on multiple occasions to work off the clock, and then retaliated against for reporting it. Your experience is totally dependent upon the contract you are on as management freely makes up rules and procedure different from corporate documentation and there is no oversight whatsoever. Management is totally unaware of timecharging law and openly retaliates. HR-wise, there is “no one driving the bus.” They are rude, spiteful, ill-informed, and probably overworked. The culture at SAIC has changed and for the worse.
