      I can only speak for the project I’m attached to but: * Great work life balance * Decent benefits * Enjoyable team members

      Cons

      * Sometimes hard to get stakeholders to give adequate requirements for work direction but not impossible * Type of contract my project is attached to stifles salary range and raise opportunities compared to industry competition
