Pros
SAIL afforded me a flexible schedule in terms of hours and vacation days. They did, however, work in a very cool building and overspend their money on fancy hotels and dinners.
Cons
Not only did SAIL pay way below market value for my services, but they did not offer me any bonuses or health insurance.
