      Pros

      1. They have strong base but Management is still not doing best they can 2. Good Team Support 3. Good Tech Lead Support as Technical and Technology vise.

      Cons

      1. Management in everything too much time is loss on banalities 2. Rules are different with every employee 3. Worst HR management and policies. 4. Worst management and politics all around. 5. No action taken against favorite people in company. 6. Management tracking the IN OUT time for particular people.
