      Pros

      Excellent health benefits. Incredible and talented employees.

      Cons

      Antiquated work environment. CEO allows ego to drive decisions and doesn’t listen to management if it’s not what he wants to hear. Poor telework policies. Favoritism in hiring and promotion practices. Diminishing staff morale and work environment.
