Able to grow and know all employees. Great people to work for. Able to grow and use skills from a variety of skill sets from Network administration, computer help desk support and Microsoft Office skills.

Working 18 to 20 hours a day some days. Not getting paid for all overtime worked or acknowledgement of the extra miles I was going to get the job done because I had several responsibilities between the QC and IT departments.

- fair, merit based employer and preditable job stabiliity - offered free Japanese language classes at lunch time from native & bilingual speakers - inclusive, engaging environment. I could chat with CFO, Sales Mgr, Accting, Engineers, IT, Warehouse or Factory Floor workers just the same. It felt like we were all on the same team. - after 2 years, I started to get the vibe they would promote me, which would have been satisfying - but I could get more money immediately by leaving for another company - I was sad to go, Sanyo was a good one. I worked here many years ago, but this was my true experience and I have a W-2 to prove it.

- very strict start & end times, timecard was like 'military serious'. - I was late to clock-in like two times (due to traffic) and they told me if I was late a third time I was fired. So I quit instead. (because the third strike was inevitable). - not many places to eat lunch or nearby amenities. You were better off bringing a sack lunch in those days - honestly pay was low, and that's the real reason I left
