      Pros

      Very technical company. Lots of opportunities to learn. Most of the testers have very good technical skills. I have always got opportunity to experiment with latest technologies. Easy to move from one team to other team. Excellent work culture. No politics. Encourages innovations.

      Cons

      Nothing as such but domain trainings can be more. Efforts are made towards having this in the company.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
