A slightly higher pay than the secular population (i.e,..private preschools, public daycares - Bright Horizons, Goddard School, Little Pros, etc.) Well maintained aesthetically Montessori based-work environment/building/equipment.
Cons
Little to no movement. When positions are posted - well assumed favored candidates are pre-selected before interview process. Only division within company that confers with surrounding peer employees for feedback on whether candidates are good "fit". Subs, Floaters, Assistants all consider as one lateral position(s) - meaning no pay differential, even though more responsibility is generally expected from each position. #1 Con: Vacations. Only 6 people in daycare allowed off per day. Makes planning & ability to take vacation a virtual lottery nightmare.
