Pros
The people in this company are great. This is a sales driven organization so expect to meet your sales targets. Most business units are flexible in terms of work/life balance. Great benefits.
Cons
Software is expensive and hard to implement in the smb market. The technology is there but it's hindered by it's lack of flexibility and there other solutions that cheaper and in some case better. Services to stand solution are costly.
