      Great work life balance Room for progression and career development Relatively easy lateral moves Good benefits although more tailored to older generations and family oriented ones

      Cons

      You will meet a lot of people who have been at SAS for 10+ years, even people who have worked for SAS all their lives and they will want to stick to their methods and processes and be very reluctant to of innovation Horrific management from Cary I have witnessed favouritism and conflict of interest cases

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
