Pros
SAS is a company that cares about it's employees and the planet. Their focus on using our analytic expertise and resources to do good in the world is one of the things that inspires me at a brand level. But at a personal level, I find that the work place is one that encourages thinking outside the box and allows individuals to shape their careers based on their strengths and interests. My relationship with my manager is open and transparent.
Cons
I do not always have the time to enjoy all the benefits that SAS provides its employees (their extensive fitness center and natatorium come to mind) but I might just be using that as an excuse. There are not a lot of cons that I've experienced.
