      Very good company for development, fast-track learning and advancing your career in analytics.

      Cons

      - Dependent on project can be long hours at times (however you can claim those back) - Increasing market share of competitors (R/Python), so need for constant development with market trends (for some this might be an advantage)

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
