      Pros

      SAS is a great place to work. Great people work here. Good work environment that encourages learning and self growth.

      Cons

      It seems like SAS software is getting harder for new companies to justify each year. It provides tons of value but getting started and managing SAS at the enterprise level can be a nightmare. It’s sometimes hard to sell it with a straight face.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
