Cons
... that counts for nothing when senior management level is totally comprised of self serving individuals with personal agendas and very little 21st century management competence. Their response to negative staff feedback is a load of comedy initiatives (keeps the expanding HR team occupied spose), which patronise the staff and miss the underlying chronic issues. None of the 'managers' seems accountable for repeated failures (chaotic re-organisation, badly executed redundancy programme, sales training, cost control etc). Most of Sales management seems incapable of ..selling or management.
