      Pros

      Promoting a work-life balance is a pillar of SAS. The company truly cares about its employees and that shows in every facet. Just a few: unlimited sick time (includes when a spouse or child is ill, too), flexible schedules, every employee has an office, complimentary snacks and beverages on every office floor, excellent on-site childcare.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is adequate, but not the best in the tech sector. Great benefits and other incentives add to the full package.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
