I worked at this company when I was younger and didn’t fully understand what a good employer should be. The company imposed fines on employees for almost any reason, and the head of HR was a ruthless individual who mistreated staff at will. The entire organization was focused on appeasing the founder, who frequently yelled at employees. Salaries were extremely low, and we often had to fight for even the smallest bonus. They were also involved in political activities and forced us to carry out unethical tasks. I left that company with significant emotional scars and would rather stay unemployed than ever consider working there again.

The first day I came here and the last day I left.

This is one of the most difficult places I have ever worked. Middle managers try to please their superiors, who in turn try to please their own bosses. This place changes people for the worse.
