•Zero training or support – employees are thrown into roles without guidance, making success impossible. •Poor leadership – management lacks direction, accountability, and the ability to inspire or support their teams. •No meaningful work – there’s little to no opportunity to actually apply skills or contribute in a valuable way. • False promises – commitments made during hiring or reviews are never followed through on. • Lack of transparency – decisions are hidden, communication is minimal, and employees are left in the dark. Would give it zero stars if I could. Do not leave safe, secure roles for this job because this job is not stable. I would be surprised if the company is even operating in 3 years.
