Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

Lies! Lies! Lies! They say your schedule is 6am - 1pm Mon- Thurs with store walks on Friday but it's more like 6am-6pm and a full day on Friday too. I did not sign up to work 11 and 12 hour shifts. By the time I'm home. I only have time to eat and sleep. That's great for young people or if you have no family or life but I do. The whole point of going in early is to get off early. Also the first two weeks I worked 120 hours. That is 60 hours each week and I got a check for $46.96!! It's been over a month now and I'm still waiting on my money. My other checks have been wrong as well. I have over 18 years of experience doing this but they insisted that I come in as a co- captain and train. Okay no problem, nothing wrong with learning, but instead of learning, I am being used as a merchandiser because the person who is leading my team is clueless when it comes to training. In a month in a half he has shown me nothing remotely related to the position that I am in and even less about the position that I was supposed to move into. I'm really thinking that I've had enough and I just need to collect my earnings and move on. I am trying to hang on, looking for a positive and hoping things will get better but in all honesty it's proving to be difficult.

Pros

Weekends off, you can take off anytime you want. You just need to let them know before the schedule is made.

Cons

Don't use the open door policy or contact h.r. They will retaliate and schedule you off more then the other members on the team. Give you easy projects so you only get 5 hours or less a day. I guess they don't know that you can pull up your tax information to prove how much your hours have been cut. Seniority means nothing. The schedule usually comes out just a few days before the new wave. Your email will be filled with diversity and inclusion emails.
