      I work with a great group of people, and there is flexibility with scheduling.

      There is very poor communications with supervisors and the company flat out does not care for its people.

      Pros

      Remodel associates are hard working and a pleasure to work with!

      Cons

      Upper management over supervisors micro manage and set the supervisors up for failure. They have very little if anything positive to say and more often than not talk down to you! Leaves you wondering if there is anything you do right?
