U be happy not to work here

Cons

Every 4 month change MD. Management not supportive. All good ops director/head/mgr has left. Current ops director cannot make it. Keep changing from department to department just to survive and throwing people under the bus. US is too trustful of this long term employee.

Not entirely customer-facing - pretty independent work.

Cons

Got bullied by the other person who did the same job as me. Since her sister was right under my boss, nothing was done about it. 11am-7pm shift was not fun but doable for as long as I was there.
