Pros
-You learn pretty quick as you need to be certified as Site Surveillance Technician within a few months of you coming onboard. -Chuck is very knowledgeable about the industry and he will kind of test your knowledge at times. He is also aware of human psychology and how when under duress, you have a good chance of messing up so he recommends doing stuff early to avoid being in a stressful situation. Chuck basically preps you for life in general. -Glenn is hands off but will have your back.
Cons
-Some management gets way too anal about the minute insignificant details. -Co-workers can be two-faced as you can call them up to ask a quick question and by the end of the day, management calls and suspects you don't know what you are doing (which was not the case). Some will also throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. -Other than Chuck and Glenn, mentorship from other team members (including the more senior team members) is basically nonexistent. -There can be a lack of communication on where you are going to next week.
