      Pros

      I was a full time employee of Scorg International. I was working on contract for Cognizant Kolkata for 6 months. I was receiving my salary on time by 10th of the month after timesheet approval screenshot submission. Even my contract renewed for next 3 months. Thanks a lot to Scorg as it has provided me the job in Kolkata when I needed it the most. I will never forgive this.

      For first 6 months there was no leave.

      Nothing. Only good if you work for inhumane hours

      Cons

      Work life balance is absolutely screwed. Employees are mocked at if takes leaves They promise wfh while recruitment, and later they never give u wfh, cancel leaves, wfh, public holidays.Make you work till late night, if you don't you are taunted. Long travels and no imbursement No support from management. TOXIC WORK CULTURE

      good Exposure to HMIS implementation , good clientage

      Cons

      no work-life balance - 6 days working, long commute to client site, very bad reimbursement of expenses (always have to bear expense by employees only)
