      There is so much opportunity for professional/personal growth here at SCOUT, working for a smaller company allows you to get your hands in everything. I work with such a great team of extremely intelligent people.

      Cons

      Working for a smaller company also requires one to wear many hats, most of us are doing the job of more than one person.
