Pros

The people at Scout are bright and great to work with each day. I always appreciated how management, especially one of the owners, truly cared about the staff, our needs and wants. As a business owner, he never owed us any explanations but was always upfront and honest with us, always asking what could be done to improve the business and help each of us succeed and grow. His integrity and caring nature towards the staff truly was/is the best!

Cons

While the agency is growing quickly, the individual growth for promotions is slow. Also the benefits I received, along with the salary, as compared to other former employers was lacking (under fair market value).
