Great Company - Consultant SCREEN Employee Review

I have worked for several companies and at Screen I cannot really name a Con.

The pay was ok but management expected you to travel at a minutes notice and you were required to be away from home at weeks at a time so the work life balance was very poor.

Everyone is not treated the same as certain people always have to travel while others skated all the time and never had to travel. The mid level managers that are left at the company don't care about their employee's anymore and they only care about their own careers. They are great company man but very poor managers as they are only interested in making themselves look good at the employee's expense. It is just like working at Intel without any of the perks or benefits so you mine as well try to go to work at Intel.
