      Friendly co-workers, organized, good benefits. As a new employee I've never been made to feel like I'm a "new" employee.

      Cons

      Can't bring my dog to work - not that I could at my last employers, but I had to put something here. Which basically means I have no cons.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
