      Most Fridays lunch would be bought for the employees. Holiday party was a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Sometimes the engineers get too consumed in their work and don't put enough time invested into the proposal-writing/new business part.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
