Pros
Fair management. You work hard, you will be noticed. You work less, you will still keep your job. Management is going through some changes (rather than sitting back, they are more active on some of the day-to-day activities but still focusing on higher level objectives)
Cons
A bunch of inevitable personalities throughout the company. Because of being a small-medium size company, those inevitable personalities do impact the company's output either performance or its culture.
