Appreciate the experience but… - Registered Practical Nurse SE Health Employee Review

Wages are terrible. 14 years experience and promotions and was looking for a part time job to compensate with rising costs of living. Favouritism, nepotism and clicky. Speak a lot about people everything etc but the environment is falling apart. Lower managers are drastically underpaid. If you want to excel you need to be part of the club and the club takes care of the club and blows smoke at everyone who is not in the club to keep them in motion without resistance like they actually care about you… they do not. They are a business and you are just a number.
