Pros

-They pay higher than most non-profits -you gain experience for your long-term goal -4 day work week

Cons

-no annual raises or bonuses -there are no options to grow in the company, they hire outside the organization. -high turnover rate -culture is hostile. You learn quickly you can't make friends or talk with coworkers or you will be reported to management for not doing your job.

Pros

The colleagues but they were unfortunately fired for no reason

Cons

| Unqualified and unsupportive management | No opportunities for advancement | Severely limited or inconvenient parking options | ADA accommodations regularly dismissed or resisted | Ongoing issues with workplace harassment that go unaddressed | Bereavement leave recently reduced without explanation or input from staff | Employees are guilted or penalized for using earned sick leave | Outdated technology makes daily tasks inefficient and frustrating | High turnover, with good employees often let go without clear justification or warning | Employees are micromanaged to the point of undermining trust and autonomy | Feedback is rarely constructive and often punitive | Unrealistic expectations without adequate training or resources | Conflict of interest with Human Resources: there is no dedicated HR department—only the Executive Director handles HR matters, which prevents impartial resolution of staff concerns |
