      Pros

      Good location for people living outside the city centre, nice colleagues, lots of advantages for working at SEAT

      Cons

      Very, very difficult to get a raise or a personal development plan if you are a "convenio" employee. Lots of internal politics and hierachies making it nearly impossible to progress

      Supervisor do Nothing and want hours of work change all the time with out notice
