Pros

Competent colleagues and interesting work, but the culture is increasingly undermined by Micromanagement practices.

Cons

Employees were not informed that access badge data would be used to track individual office attendance. Management has since stated that this monitoring will continue. This creates an environment of surveillance rather than trust, with unclear boundaries around how employee data is collected, analyzed, and reused. Communication is reactive rather than transparent.

I’m not sure if there’re any.

Cons

They put out their job advertisement in english but only hire Swedes or people who know swedish. Honestly in 2025 everyone in such institution knows english so their requirement doesn’t make any sense. They obviously discriminate against expats. If you email them in english enquiring about a role role, they’ll just ignore you. Ever heard about diversity and inclusion, SEB? Why bother to write advertisement in english at all?
