      Pros

      No more, people are good but rotate too often.

      Cons

      Corruption and favouritism in place, management derailing the business and employing family members. Conflicts of interest. Unqualified personell on top jobs pushing fights to get to the top no matter what is the cost. Very unstable and uncomfortable place to work at.

      Pros

      flexible schedule for working, you can come late or leave early as long as you can finish your job. And it is easy to ask for a payed-holiday if you have reasonable excuse.

      routine daylife. Not so much currenty
