I have been working here for about 3 years now. The environment is supportive. There is supervision hours available if you are going for teaching, OT, social work, and many more, just ask when interviewing. They have alot of resources, discounts, and college reimbursement if interested in furthering your career. I love being able to take vacations an get paid through out each vacation and even summer!

The pay goes by levels. No degree low pay. Associates and bachelor's is better pay. Masters is great pay.

The pay is not great and they try to hire paraprofessionals from agencies for less money compared to staff who applied directly to their company
