You will never feel valued. - FinTech managers who don't understand how inflation works or simply don't care. They will try to pay you as little as possible and expect maximum work efficiency. - Constant change in everything. People keep leaving, the vision for the software keeps being changed and not for the better!

The company’s primary concern was lining their pockets and pushing their tech agenda, regardless of the human cost.
