      -Opportunity to research a new battery technology. -Free snacks and a Bevi. One of the Bevi flavors is “electrolytes”. -Business plans are presented in the form of delightfully entertaining memes. -One of the company values is “Be a pirate.”

      Cons

      -Delusional leadership that dictates scientific results based on fantasies. Loyalty and obedience are valued above scientific integrity. -CEO is obsessed with Elon Musk. -Pretending to be an AI company. -No sales, no revenue, penny stock. -Whatever your job is, the solution is AI. -20 foot tall Qman statue is a constant reminder of wasteful spending. -Qman statue in the conference room is only 6 feet tall.

      Pros

      Very result-driven work environment with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Work culture is really fun with ping pong games during lunch times.

      Cons

      I was only there for 6 weeks so I wasn't able to get a sense of any cons.
