Pros
Excellent working conditions. Good Benefits. Management is professional and do not micro manage like my previous employers. Management offers flexibility as long as our deadlines are met they try to strike a balance with clients and staff. My Co-workers are amazing.
Cons
None, the company is customer/employee driven. Service to our clients is very important, however making sure employees are happy is also at the top of their list. We are sometimes required to work a few extra hours to maintain our scheduling requirements but we know this in advance.
