Red Flags everywhere - Anonymous employee SESAMi Employee Review

It might seem nice at first then you realised why there isn't one local employee. (All are foreigner except Management) - Operates like a typical China Company (Talk down, banging of tables, raising voice from Management) - "leave if you want, there is plenty of people out there wanting to do your job" - "everyone that works here long, really work for the company and cares for the company - meaning": - OT for least 1 to 3 hours DAILY - Does not plan for leave because when you plan it means you don't have the company in mind - Having to say YES to any work assigned (despite not being in the job scope) - Having to work after office hours or on leave - There is no local Employee - Wearing MULTIPLE HAT in different DEPARTMENT - Whatever the Management says goes, you do not have an opinion - Toxic - "We are a small company, so no point HIRING, people here just try to help out and do as much as they can cause they treat the company as a family" - "I am not giving you a choice, i am asking you to do it" - "If you dont want to do, its okay, there is always consequences" - There is no onboarding or Training. - No Human Resource There is so much more but I think you get the idea. So run while you can, and do not ignore the red flags.
