Unprofessional managers from China like to micromanage workers in the US like dictators, and do not know of legal US practices. Processes that come out of China to operate in the US are defective and makes it hard for US workers to get shipments out. Too many customer complaints, makes life hard for employees when their hands are tied to move deliveries and shipments along.
