      A Subject Matter Expert in Earthing and Lightning Protection. Engineering is Interesting and Innovative. The company has a growth opportunity if regulated properly.

      Cons

      Lack of coordination between Quality Management and the R n D. Uneven job and salary distribution among its employees. Lack of stability due to poor / no management.
