      Work Life balance will be maintained peacefully. Can learn good working professionalism. Has a reputed name hence the stay in SGS adds value in everyone's resume

      Cons

      Year end performance assessment was not upto the mark. Salary package was not good specially in Chennai branch.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
