I cannot agree more that there is a good work life balance here and we empower our people to be responsible for their work (entrepreneurial spirit). Therefore, there is no need to have micromanagement. SGS is an open culture company, you should feel free to speak to your manager about your concerns. Keep up the great work! Tanya

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
