      Good entry-level position to gain experience. Easy to understand what the management wants.

      Cons

      Unpredictable workload (Sometimes only have one thing to work on, another you could have four things), Communication between management is lacking. Not much room for growth.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
