      The people are helpful when you are starting off.

      Cons

      Very mundane when it is slow, but when it is busy there's a lot going on at once so you are doing multiple tasks at the same time and running around everywhere, and everyone else is busy too so there isn't going to be much help from others as well.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
