      Pros

      Flexible schedule, food treats on most pay days, some people are nice.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism, managers don't really care (its all just about the numbers), impossible to move up unless you kiss some behinds, they don't take into consideration your health limitations, some people are really hard to work with, no real training (you learn on the job). Also, cherry on top, SEVERLY underpaid.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
