      Free parking, more than two day off every other week

      Cons

      12hours shifts day and night with huge workload and no air conditioning very hot and uncomfortable environment with so much acid fumes which harm your respiratory system! Low payments!

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
