Six month review - Account Coordinator SHADOW Employee Review

I officially started working at SHADOW a little over six months ago, and have had nothing short of an incredible experience thus far. Having had the opportunity to gain insight into the company culture through my internship at SHADOW two summers ago, I knew then that I wanted to eventually become a permanent member of the team. SHADOW is more than just a company—it truly feels like a family. I’ve already learned so much during my time here and deeply appreciate the collaborative environment and the sense of belonging I feel, even as a newer team member. Despite not being a senior employee, I always feel heard, and my input is welcomed. The work SHADOW does is inspiring, and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of it. Collaborating with such creative individuals has motivated me to grow both professionally and personally. One of the standout elements at SHADOW is the emphasis on understanding the why behind every decision and action. This approach has been so valuable to me over the past six months, teaching me to be thoughtful in my own work and to truly understand the company culture and decision-making processes.
