Pros
I walked away from Shape having learned from incredible leaders on how to manage and deliver projects and how to work and engage with a variety of people. The Sydney GM, Commercial Managers, and Project Directors are all approachable, care about your career and give you their time (they listen). I still reflect on 'lessons learned' at SHAPE as I continue to progress in my career.
Cons
They are slow to pay bonuses on projects delivered to the outlined requirements. I didn't receive any bonus on two high-profile jobs that were delivered defect free, on time and financially sound.
